Sarah Divine – UK 🇬🇧/ Australia 🇦🇺
What would turn a woman with an arts background to the pursuit of science? Qigong! Sarah’s quest for personal development, wellness and longevity eventually led to Taoist Medical Qigong, becoming a Universal Healing Tao Qigong instructor, then finally to White Tiger Qigong. Since 2016, she has been a committed White Tiger Qigong practitioner, instructor, and assistant to Tevia Feng, founder and master instructor, because White Tiger Qigong is hands-down the most holistic and effective system for health, healing, fitness and wellbeing she has come across.
She was particularly drawn to how Tevia investigates Qigong at an anatomical, physiological and biomechanical level through the modern lens of sport science. This even inspired her to pursue a master’s degree in sport and exercise science, with a research focus on Qigong and body awareness. Sarah is dedicated to deepening her practice and sharing Qigong’s transformational benefits with you, both in her hometown of Adelaide, across Australia and globally.
